FCPS Parents for Intentional Technology is a group of Fairfax County Public Schools concerned parents, teachers and community members that will learn together about the science of learning and how inappropriate use of technology can interfere. We will communicate with our school board, superintendent and central office, support each other in communications with our local schools/teachers and share ideas and recommendations re: mitigating the harms and negative impacts on learning from certain uses of educational technology. Much of this use is mandated and not teacher chosen.
